About me! Who am I?

Hi I’m Paula McQuillan, a Functional Nutritionist, Health Coach & Gut Health Practitioner. I support women over 35 to sit in the driver’s seat of their own health to overcome symptoms of hormone imbalance in their body naturally with food, nutrition and lifestyle. It became clear to me over my own struggles with hormone imbalances in my 40’s, how important it is to appreciate our changing bodies from a whole body point of view and what they are up against over this transitional time. Most importantly, what we need to do to navigate this time in our lives smoothly and in a body that is more familiar, not a body that feels completely foreign to us. So that I could uplevel support for myself and for my clients who were coming to me with similar struggles, not only did I dig into the research, but I went back to school and added mastery qualifications to my toolkit as a Nutritionist.

Today, I work with perimenopausal women via my online signature program The Nourish My Hormones Solution, which helps women to shift out of that feeling of being stuck in a very uncomfortable place of hormonal havoc and to come into place of balance, to support the proper functioning of all of their key hormones, so that they may experience a smoother and more gradual transition to menopause, restore their energy, vitality and resilience, and really thrive in a body free from hormonal havoc and for the long term.
